Let Us create men according to our image and likeness. God in the Bible

God has always a purpose in creating you. Yes sometimes life will take you to places, to circumstances, and sometimes in failures and pains but you must believe that they are for the better. God will protect His reputation, His name and His nature. He designed you to succeed. Your success is important for God. The Scripture also tells us na ang mga bagay na tinalian natin sa lupa ay tatalian ng Diyos sa langit. Anuman ang kalagan natin sa lupa ay kakalagan ng Diyos sa langit. So ibig sabihin, may kapangyarihan tayo. Jesus confirmed in Luke 10:19, “Listen carefully: I have given you authority [that you now possess] to tread on serpents and scorpions, and [the ability to exercise authority] over all the power of the enemy (Satan); and nothing will [in any way] harm you.”

When Joshua was so afraid, the Lord told him: “I command you: be strong and steadfast! Do not fear nor be dismayed, for the LORD, your God, is with you wherever you go. … I repeat, be strong and brave!  (Joshua 1:9). Alam ng Diyos na dadaan tayo sa mga pagsubok ng buhay, but He gave you His word: “I am with you…” With that word, you know you will not be on your own. Even with your flaws and failures, God has taken them into account, and He has accepted you “as is”. He died for you and me while we were “still”sinners.

When you are weak, remember that your Manufacturer (God the Creator) has built upon you the power to succeed – that will empower you to withstand the storms this life brings. I pray that divine stoppage to every stubborn and difficult problems in the name of Jesus. New opportunities, new doors, new beginnings are on your way. The hand of God will divinely intervene in your life that your prayers will be answered, your dreams accomplished and the heaven will release your harvest.

Jesus taught us the way to remind Satan that he is a defeated enemy. You can use the same strategy to win. In Ephesians 6, Paul says: “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” (Ephesians 6:12). The Bible tells us that we are in a battlefield.

When David faced the giant Goliath: “David answered: You’ve come out to fight me with a sword and a spear and a dagger. But I’ve come out to fight you in the name of the LORD All-Powerful. He is the God of Israel’s army, and you have insulted him too! (1 Samuel 17:45 CEV). Remember that in every problems, in every Goliath on your way so to speak, you are on the way to become the king David on a throne. Your circumstances are opportunities to get closer with God so He can reveal with you Himself through those circumstances better that He ever was. David went on to use what God revealed upon him – by carrying smooth stones.

Pero paano tayo lalaban? St Paul tells us: “Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” (Ephesians 6:13). I would like you to take note of the words: “take up” which means na dapat isuot mo and whole armor ng Diyos – ikaw dapat ang gagawa nyan. It’s up to us to put it on. Paul was writing to Christians, like you and me, and he told them to put on the armor. Jesus defeated Satan on the cross through His blood. Remember who is with you, the King of kings is with you and fighting for you every single day. Be confident that you are unshakeable, you cannot be defeated.

Jesus said before he left the earth to go back to heaven, “You are more than a conqueror” because in every obstacles you will face in life, I have won them all and you too will win them because I will be with you. You are strong than you think! If God is for you, nothing, no forces of darkness can defeat you. You and God are a powerful tandem. You are unstoppable!

There was a king in the Bible who told the three Hebrews, Sedrach, Messach and Abednedgo that because some Marites told him that they were disobedient to the king’s command, they deserve to die in the hot fire. The Maritess, the Marissas, the Marisol and Mariposas thought the 3 men were doomed. But instead of despaid, these men said: “we believe that our God will rescue us…” How can they be so confident even in the mids of imminent death? Because they have full confidence in their mind that God will take this matter. When you have full trust in the Almighty God, the source of true power and strength, you become unbreakable. Nothing can scare you anymore because the Lord will not you fail. He looks for people like you who are in a difficult situation to boost the glory of God. He is an expert in turning around complicated and complex situations. When Jesus came back to see the dead body of Lazarus, He made it few days late to ensure that there will be no doubt that it was the hands of God who brought Lazarus back to life. Normally in the Jewish law, the soul of a dead man is still in the very place where a man died. To make sure that nothing like this comes into scrutiny and suspicions, Jesus came late to the tomb of Lazarus, He said: “where did you bury him.” God wanted to see where it hurts, where we failed, where we lost because from there He will work up. He called the name of Lazarus from death. With God’s power, you become unstoppable today. The dead body of Lazarus responded to the voice of the Creator.

Alam mo ba that sometimes God will push you to your limits, which you may think initially is beyond what you can bear. But that is to show you what you are capable of, what you are made of. He believes in you more than you believe in yourself. He showed Abraham the stars in the sky, the sand on the seashore – the picture of God’s future for Abraham, even when he was childless – God told him “you shall become the father of many nations.” Dreams are the photographs of your destiny. Don’t let your past stop you from getting where you need to go. You are the only one holding you back. People are wrong about who you were. God has told you who you are. He will not take you this far in life just to leave you where you are now. Put your armor on like the young David against Goliath, believe in your mind, see it in a 3D picture, visualize in your imagination, that you have a DNA of a champion. You are marked to be blessed beyond your expectation.
