I wrote about the same topic in this blog. But now, there are many people asking me bakit kelangan pa ng “Medium of Instruction” to meet the UK English language requirement when applying for a spouse or partner visa? Let me explain in Tagalog para mas maliwanag.
Statement of Comparability
This is usually a preference if you are making a UK spouse or partner visa application at ayaw mo ng mag-exam ng English language like IELTS or SELT. If this is the case, you have to contact the UK NARIC and find an equivalent of your degree to the UK education standard or iyong tinatawag na Statement of Comparability. See below example:

To summarize para sa mga taong ayaw ng mag-take ng IELTS exam, you may want to provide these documents to confirm that it is possible to meet the English language requirement: 1) University diploma; 2) Transcript of Record; 3) Medium of Instruction; and 4) Statement of Comparability from UK NARIC. #pinoyukimmigrationexpert
