He knows the way I have taken; when He has tested me, I will emerge as pure gold. – Job 23:10

In the time of Job’s greatest tests, he felt that God had disappeared. He kept calling God but no response. Maaaring ang ilan sa atin ay nagkaroon ng ganitong karanasan na parang wala ang Lord at parang hindi Niya alam ang pinagdadaanan natin. Naramdaman mo na ba yan?

One time I have lost my phone and I used my iPad to track it down. There is an App “FindiPhone” which showed a tiny dot and there it was my phone.

God can pinpoint our exact location too at alam Niya which way we are heading. When we feel lost spiritually, He has not lost us. He is there, lovingly watching our progress. That’s the crucial fact that kept Job going; he believed God was there. In our worst moment of ‘thick darkness’, He is still there and will let Himself be seen again if we walk on faithfully. Mahalaga na hindi tayo mag panic kapag parang nawawala ang Diyos. Instead, we need more than ever to hold a steady course and keep walking by faith and trusting God that He will always be with us each step of the way. His promises will never change when He said:

“I will never leave you. I will never forsake you.”
