Mr Miras can join his wife in the United Kingdom. We won!
I appeared for this Filipino who instructed me to challenge the punitive decision of the UK Secretary of Immigration. Miras v Secretary of State [2019] in an English Court in London. The Judge agreed with me and allowed the appeal so that Mr Miras can join his wife in the United Kingdom. We won!
