“When people walk away from you let them go. Your destiny is never tied up to anyone who leaves you, and it does not meat they are bad people. It just means that their part in your story is over.” -TD Jakes.

In the book of St Mark 8 there was a blind man  at Bethsaida. Jesus took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village…Jesus placed His hands on the man’s eyes, and when he opened them his sight was restored, and he could see everything clearly. Jesus sent him home and said, “Do not go back into the village.”

In this circumstance, parang kakaiba ang uri ng pagpapagaling ni Hesus. Normally dapat right there and then pinagagaling na Niya pero this time, hinila Nya ang kamay ng bulag at isinama sa labas ng bayan.

Bakit pa kelangan na maglakad sa sila ng malayo? Anong meron sa labas ng bayan?

Wala naman meron kakaiba sa geography kaya lang I strongly believe that Jesus led the blind man out from the crowd in the village na mga negative people. Siguro kung ikaw yong dinuraan, di ba magagalit ka. E itong bulag dinuraan pa ni Hesus. Kung siguro ginawa ito ni Hesus sa harap ng maraming tao, baka sabihin nila:

“Bulag na nga dinuraan pa!”

But to avoid  controversies that may affect this blind man’s faith, Jesus has to lead him out of the village para walang nakakaalam at nakakakita.

Do we keep people in our lives that hold us back or those that will never be a part of our future.

Pag iniwan ka, ibig sabihin tapos na ang role nya sa buhay mo.

Mahirap man yan sa simula pero tandaan mo:

“when you stop chasing the wrong person, you give the right person a chance to catch you.”

Pag talagang gusto ka nila, gagawa sila ng paraan para sayo. Hindi mo kelangan mamalimos ng panahon at pagmamahal, dahil espesyal ka.

Never, ever insist yourself to someone who continuously overlooks your worth.

Huwag mong ipagsiksikan ang sarili mo sa taong ayaw naman talaga sa iyo. Ang pagibig ay dapat bukal sa kalooban at hindi hinihingi. Kahit nga ang Diyos eh gusto Nya, out of our volition. Ang totoong kaibigan para sa aken ay hindi yung mga taong kasama mo sa ligaya at sarap,  but the ones who stand beside you when you’re at your worst.

One day sinabi ng Diyos kina Lot, huwag kayong lilingon sa Sodoma at Gomorrah habang nasusunog ang lugar na ito. Pero ang asawa ni Lot, nanghinayang dahil ang ganda ng bahay nila, maayos ang buhay nila at marami silang naiwan alaala. Naging haliging asin sya!

When life is telling you to go, go and move! Let go of the past and embrace the future. Yes you may have a valid reason to go back and reminisce the past, but if it’s time to go, move forward like a shark.

Let the past be past. Hindi mo man maibabalik yon but when God is on your side and you have His favour, lahat ng magagandang bagay pwedeng mangyari sa buhay mo.

When you have God’s favor, even your enemies cannot you from being blessed. Get out of your ‘village’ if that is the only way you can see your full potential.
