OFWs Rules of Wealth No 2: Have a good work ethics

These are wrong and unethical.

You see, kapag naging madaya sa pagta trabaho, ang employer hindi natutuwa or ang kanyang ka-trabaho hindi happy. Dapat sana may mga incentives na nakukuha sa employers but because pakitang tao lang pag anjan si boss, walang magandang nangyayari.

When people around you are not happy, how do expect them to promote you or even recommend you to a better high paying job or position?

Kaya mahalaga na you have a good work ethics.

The Bible is also clear on this: “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much…well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master!’

But if you practice a good work ethics, people are happy about your work and you will be rewarded not only by your employer but also by God Himself.

In the book of Colossians 3:22-24 it says:

Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything, not only to please them while they are watching but with sincerity of heart and fear of the Lord. 23Whatever you do, work at it with your whole being, for the Lord and not for men because you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as your reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.…
