why Hearing loss is related to dementia (forgetfulness)?

There was a scientific research that says there is a link between hearing loss, dementia (forgetfulness) and visual problems. A medical expert from New York claims that hearing loss is associated with cognitive decline.

The Holy Bible says that hearing and hearing the Word of God produces faith. Note that I have made an emphasis on the word “and” that signifies the importance of repetition and not just a one-off action. Kaya mapapansin natin that the Bible is being studied, meditated and preached for a thousand of years now because it is how the Lord speaks to us.

When you fail to hear (I will also use the word listen for clarity) the Word of God, you tend to forget to assert what our God has promised. He said, You will be the head and not the tail, You are more than a conqueror, I will provide for your needs, I will heal your sickness and disease, I will restore you…I have a better plans for you!

We can only hear this when we attend regular fellowships, bible studies, Sunday worship services and other healthy Bible-based discussions. It is important that we hear the Word of God, even online sermons from trusted preachers, dahil marami ding mga false pastors and prophets who speak the Bible but wrong and man-made doctrines. Be careful.

Let us continue hearing the Word of God that inspires us when we are down and enlighten us when we feel we are lost. It is said in the Scripture: “Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.”

Hear God’s Word so you do not develop dementia. When we listen to the voice of the Lord our God, it gives us better understanding about life. It is written, “My people fail because they lack knowledge…” That knowledge comes when we hear, study, meditate on the Word of God.
