I am good in English but why my UK application was refused?
Q: I am very good in English but my application was refused because I did not meet the English requirements? I am a spouse of a British citizen in the UK.
A: IELTS Academic is the wrong test for a spouse visa. You need IELTS A1 Life Skills if applying for the first time to enter the UK. IELTS Academic is only for applicants who wish to study in the UK on a Student visa.
