Appeal allowed by the UK Court
I appeared for these two young girls in Court against a very competitive and efficient UK Government Immigration Lawyer. Rodriguez & Other v Entry Clearance Officer (Manila) [2019] FTTIAC. The Judge allowed my representation and agreed that the Secretary of State was wrong to refuse the application in the first place. Appeal won! God is great!
