I was appointed as a lawyer to challenge the decision of the UK Visas and Immigration to say that a Filipino migrant has ‘no right to work’ in the UK. I challenged Government by way of Administrative Review and strongly advised them that my instruction is to take legal action against the Secretary of State for irrationality and unreasonableness.
– Today, they said that they have overturned their decision and has re-issued another Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) to my client. Congrats Mr JJ. God is wonderful and His love endures forever. Salamat po sa tiwala.
